Dennis Pikop—Secretary
While growing up in the church, Dennis formally gave his heart to the Lord in 1971. He and Rochele were married in 1976. They have two beautiful daughters, two awesome son-in-laws, and two lovely granddaughters.
Dennis has served in all aspects of worship ministry since 1971. He has also served in church boards and administration for over forty years. He was able to carry over much of what he learned into his profession at a Fortune 500 aerospace company. He found it amazing how easily the love of Jesus can be successfully shared in secular settings through prayer and continual seeking of our Lord’s direction.
Dennis has over forty-five years’ experience in facilitating organizational development, executive strategic planning, enterprise architecture, process management and team-building initiatives within industry, government and the armed services. He has provided similar support to numerous nonprofit/public organizations—churches, law enforcement, fire, education and public utilities.
He is honored to serve, coach, and mentor people in their quest for excellence, especially in leadership development. Dennis has an implicit leadership characteristic that draws people in, provides valuable feedback and "speaks the truth in love". He has in-depth knowledge of experiential learning, problem-solving, and team facilitation—all designed to improve organizations—and does so with a likeable style and infectious sense of humor.
