Robbie James—Pastor, Executive Director
Robbie was blessed to grow up in a loving Christian home and gave his life to the Lord when he was eleven years old. Eight years later, Robbie found himself in his first ministry position. Over the last twenty-five years Robbie has worked with at-risk teens in Texas, led wilderness treks in Colorado, planted churches in Denver where he also served as a hospice chaplain, and became the director at Heavenly Hills Christian Camp and Retreat Center in 2013.
Robbie relates well and deeply to all generations. His creative and innovative approach connects individuals and groups of all ages and backgrounds while positioning them for life changing encounters with Jesus. He has an undergraduate degree in Theology, a Masters degree in Missiology, and Doctorate in Ministry with an emphasis in experiential discipleship. He is passionate about, in partnership with churches, reaching generations, renewing families, raising revivalists and equipping leaders.
Robbie, his bride Cynthia, and their two children love adventure and believe their mission is to reveal Jesus and change lives. Robbie lives with a deep conviction that God is moving mightily in this generation. He is very relationship-driven and draws the best out in people. Moving from a foundation of love, and not fear, he works with people for the sake of relationship, not their differences. He is convinced that when we are equipped with a clear understanding of our identity and destiny, we are free to “re-present” Jesus to everyone around us and in turn, change the planet.
