Tom Trott—Co-Chair
Tom is blessed to be among the few fortunate ones raised in God’s spectacular Sierra Nevada Mountains. The overwhelming beauty of these mountains, coupled with the love of family, provided the perfect atmosphere for Tom to cultivate close connection with God from a young age. After a 15-year stint on California’s central coast, where Tom earned his civil engineering degree and started his family, he returned to the Sierras where he now gratefully shares that beauty and connection with his wife and two children. Tom treasures his family. They are his joy; his favorite and most important ministry.
Although Tom is a civil engineer by trade, he is a pastor at heart. He has served in a variety of leadership roles in churches and Christian organizations over the past 20 years and is passionate about seeing people connect to God and each other. He believes that connection with God is paramount and loves to see the powerful transformation in others when they come in contact with the love of Jesus. Experiencing this has created a strong conviction that the world can be changed when God connects deeply with just one person.
Unity and relationship are at the core of Tom’s heart. He naturally leads others into union by helping them let go of fears and grudges and choose relationship. Tom loves to bring God’s Kingdom to earth in this way and you can find him doing it wherever his station may be - the home, the church, the workplace, or the community.
“As you live in union with Me as your source, fruitfulness will stream from within you…” John 15:5
